Programs for Educators provides a wide variety of trainings and workshops for Infant/Toddler, Preschool and School Age Teachers. In addition, facilitates workshops for Parents, Family Day Care providers and Program Directors.  Each training includes elements of adult learning. Victoria Hackett is known for her hands on workshops that include icebreakers,  interactive activities, and reflective debriefing.

Whether your program is large or small, multi- or single-site, for profit or non-profit, Victoria Hackett, M.Ed.  has experience in providing training and consultation with your type of program. With more than 20 years of practical experience in the early childhood field, Hackett is known for her ability to listen carefully to program directors and staff and create training that meets the specific needs of their programs. She has conducted workshops and facilitated training throughout Massachusetts.
